In summer 2020, events could only be held with appropriate spacing in the rows of seats. Every second seat remained free. Whether this regulation will also apply in July and August 2021, or whether we may be closer again with a negative test or successful vaccination, is currently still open. In order to be able to start ticket sales, we have decided to sell only every second seat for the time being until, at best, full seating is legally permissible again.
In order to be able to react flexibly to the decisions of the Federal Government, you will receive a booking and payment confirmation for the events and seats you have selected in the first step when you purchase one or more tickets for the Innsbruck Festival. The tickets will be sent to you in a second step as soon as the legal framework conditions for events in July and August 202 1 have been determined by the federal government, probably at the end of June.
Should full seating become possible, we will adjust your seats accordingly so that there is as little discrepancy as possible with the selection you have already made.
Below we would like to explain the process to you by means of a concrete example:
At the start of pre-sales, Ms Mia Musterfrau buys 2 tickets for herself and her companion: row 1, seats 1 + 3 (seat 2 remains free). Should the Federal Government allow full seating in the hall, Ms. Mia Musterfrau will automatically receive the following tickets for herself and her companion by post: Row 1, Seat 1 + 2.
When you purchase a ticket, your contact details (name, address, email address and/or telephone number) are recorded. This is to secure the chain of information in case of a positive Covid 19 case.
If you buy a ticket for a third party or pass on your ticket, it is necessary to be able to pass on the contact details of the ticket user if required.
Should developments in connection with COVID-19 lead to the cancellation of events in July and August 2021, we will of course inform you accordingly and refund the ticket price, either as a credit to your customer account or by transfer to your bank account.
