Aren't we all a bit crazy? Deviations from norms, reason, rules, and logic are part of human nature. No matter how much we try to hide or silence them, they refuse to be subdued. But do we really want that? Does art? It, which we understand as the result of human creativity?

Under the sign of «madness» and «restlessness,» two formations have come together for this project, differing in a way that couldn't be more extreme: the Zefiro Ensemble led by Alfredo Bernardini and the Street Motion Studio from Innsbruck, founded in 2012 by Kathrin Eder and Tobias Hanny. Together, they will entertain with an unprecedented blend of «crazy» Baroque music and contemporary dance styles like Contemporary & Jazz Fusion, such as Popping, Locking, Breaking, and Hip-Hop Freestyle.

This concert is dedicated to the encounter, the dialogue between two art forms that share a common ground: the protest against the established. The early music scene once positioned itself as a counter-movement to the «stuffy and stagnant establishment» of the post-war European concert scene, while the hip-hop scene is widely intertwined with protest movements on many social and political levels.

An evening with a touch of madness and the rebellious spirit of beginnings!
