Jiayu Jin

Jiayu Jin won second prize at the 2024 International Singing Competition for Baroque Opera «Pietro Antonio Cesti» in Innsbruck, where she also received a special prize for her performance. Prior to this, she won first prize at the 2023 Cavalli-Monteverdi Competition in Cremona and first prize at the 2024 Provenzale Competition in Naples.

Her career in the Baroque repertoire began in 2022 with Europa Galante and Fabio Biondi. Since then, she has performed at major festivals across Europe.

She is a co-founder of Project Lamenti di Donna with the Baroque ensemble La Spagna, a concert-style recital that has been acclaimed throughout Europe.
