
Justina Vaitkute
Award winning Lithuanian contralto, Justina was born in Rome, studied at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz and is currently pursuing a Master's in Konzertgesang. A 2023 member of the “Rodolfo Celletti” Opera Studio, she is a prizewinner at the San Colombano Competition (2024) and BECA Bach Salvat (2025). Justina is known for her interpretations of Johann Sebastian Bach and performs regularly in leading Baroque festivals. Her concerts have been broadcast by ARD, SWR Kultur and Rai Radio 3. She has recorded with Dynamic Sounds, Naxos Germany and Arcana label. In August 2025, she debuted at the Innsbrucker Festwochen the main role of Il Giustino (Vivaldi). She has appeared at renowned festivals such as Valle d'Itria, Styriarte, Musikfest Stuttgart, and Bayreuther Festspiele. Her operatic roles include Bradamante (Alcina), Smeton (Anna Bolena), and Zia Principessa (Suor Angelica).
