Trompetenconsort Innsbruck

The Trumpet Consort Innsbruck was founded in 1990 by Andreas Lackner, to revive the tradition court trumpet-consorts of the late 16th centrury and to devote himself to the virtuoso trumpet literature of the 17th and 18th centuries. The repertoire ranges from magnificent representational music to church music from the Baroque to large-scale instrumental works from the heyday of trumpet art.
