The contact details (name, address, email address and / or telephone number) are marked with every ticket purchase. This serves to ensure the information chain in the event of a positive Covid-19 case. Please have a valid ID document ready for this.
There are no allocated seats for the concert series «Musica montana», «Concerto mobile», «Lunch concerts» and «Aus der Zeit».
To attend the Innsbruck Festival a 3-G- proof is necessary. Please have your proof ready and show it together with your ticket and an ID document at the entrance.
To attend the event, you need a valid negative Covid 19 test. The validity period of the tests depends on the type of test: PCR test max. 72h, antigen test max. 48h, controlled self-test max. 24h from sample collection.
Via Tirol testet you can find all test stations at a glance.
If you have already had a Covid 19 infection, you are exempt from testing for 180 days after the infection has passed. A certificate of segregation or a doctor's confirmation must be kept ready.
Test-free admission is from the 22nd day after the 1st vaccination. Your vaccination certificate serves as proof.
The baby elephant is no longer between us. There will be no spacing rules at the events. However, please continue to treat your fellow human beings with respect. If your counterpart is visibly uncomfortable when approached, please take a step back. Also, it doesn't hurt to keep a distance when waiting in a queue. Everyone gets into the hall on time for the concert.
There is no obligation to wear a mask. However, we still recommend wearing a mouth-nose protection or an FFP-2 mask. This protects you and the people around you.
If you feel uncomfortable before the concert and feel signs of illness, please stay at home for your own protection and the safety of others. The health hotline 1450 will help you with symptoms and questions.
Remaining tickets are available at the box office at the respective venue. The box office opens approximately one hour before the start of the event.
Please note that payment by credit or debit card is only possible at Haus der Musik Innsbruck. At all other venues, payments can only be made in cash.
Admission to the hall is usually 15 minutes before the start. At some venues our schedule may be slightly delayed, but we will always start the event when all those waiting are in the hall. At some venues, trumpets give the signal to enter about 15 minutes before the event starts, at others the doors simply open quietly.
If you are late for an event, the staff will ensure that you are admitted at the first possible opportunity after the event has started.
To avoid tripping hazards and puddles in the event hall, umbrellas, jackets, backpacks and large bags must be left at the cloakroom. The cloakroom is free of charge and supervised.
