The box office opens approximately one hour before the start of the event.
Please note that payment by credit or debit card is only possible at Haus der Musik Innsbruck. At all other venues, payments can only be made in cash.
Admission to the hall is usually 15 minutes before the start. At some venues our schedule may be slightly delayed, but we will always start the event when all those waiting are in the hall. At some venues, trumpets give the signal to enter about 15 minutes before the event starts, at others the doors simply open quietly.
If you are late for an event, the staff will ensure that you are admitted at the first possible opportunity after the event has started.
To avoid tripping hazards and puddles in the event hall, umbrellas, jackets, backpacks and large bags must be left at the cloakroom. The cloakroom is free of charge and supervised.
Refreshments and canapés are offered in the park of Schloss Ambras.
