Parking facilities at Schloss Ambras are very limited. Please make use of our free parking and shuttle service. Concert visitors can also use the shuttle buses without a concert ticket.
Please note the changed shuttle times: For the Ambras Castle Concerts and Festival Week concerts at Ambras Castle, shuttle buses run every 10 minutes from 18.20 to 19.20. shuttle buses run every 10 minutes.*
The return journey takes place directly after the concert with several buses at the same time.
For the chapel concerts (19. 08. and 26. 08.) there is only one shuttle bus at 12.00 p.m.

If you are arriving by car, we offer free parking from 6 p.m. subject to availability: Parken am Innrain (formerly Hafen), Innrain 149 - 157, 6020 Innsbruck, 24h hotline: +43 (0) 512 577 099. From there you can take the shuttle bus to Ambras Castle. Please note that there is a separate parking area for visitors have their own reserved parking area. The concert ticket is valid as ticket for this area and will be checked by a member of the parking staff.

The shuttle bus departs directly in front of the park area from the IVB bus stop Hafen.
For the Schlossfest, shuttle buses will run every 15 minutes between 1 pm and 8 pm from the shopping centre DEZ (bus stop opposite IKEA) via the Landessportcenter bus stop to Schloss Ambras and back.

We recommend the uncomplicated arrival by bicycle. Bicycles can be parked at the bicycle rack in front of the Tiroler Landestheater. For those using the city bike: There is a rental or return location right in front of the Haus der Musik Innsbruck.
