Finalkonzert 17. Cesti-Wettbewerb

It is the spectacular finale of the Festwochen summer: the "Pietro Antonio Cesti International Competition for Baroque Opera Singing".

Young vocalists who impressed the jury in the preliminary rounds will now give their all in the final concert, accompanied by orchestra in the Grand Hall of the Haus der Musik Innsbruck. The most outstanding candidates will be honoured with jury and engagement prizes, while the audience, too, will have its say by awarding the audience prize. And who knows which voices we might hear again at the Barockoper:Jung 2027?

Thanks to the live stream, audiences across the globe can follow the events in Innsbruck and listen to voices that may well shape the Festwochen of the future. The Cesti Competition has long since established itself as a key springboard for artistic careers – a launchpad for many international success stories. 

The stars of tomorrow are ready to shine!
