Our guest is the king of opulence: Giuseppe Palella.
The costume designer, renowned for his exuberant and colourful costumes, will explain how he translates mythology, splendour and abundance into fabric, colour and silhouette for *Il pomo d'oro*, and will present exclusive first sketches of the costumes. It will be a conversation about visions, but also technical and logistical challenges.

We welcome dramaturg Uma Tholen.
She is serving as production dramaturg for Barockoper:Jung for the second year running and will not only provide fascinating insights into the opera’s genesis and the libretto, but also answer the key questions: What does an opera dramaturg actually do? And how does collaboration within a directing team work to ensure that, in the end, the curtain rises on a thrilling performance?
